Looking for a Drummer - PanJammers Steel Drum Orchestra

Drummer Needed!

The PanJammers of Blacksburg, the premier steel drum orchestra of the New River Valley, seeks a drummer (drum set) with intermediate skills. Musical styles include calypso, Latin, soca, reggae, and Pop/Rock. Familiarity with styles is not a requirement: we are also a teaching orchestra!

Rehearsals are 2-3 hours on Monday nights; performances occur at different times throughout the year; and attendance to each is a requirement of the position.

Our members range from 13 to 60 years of age and have come together to make fun, high-energy music! Not only is this a paid position, but food is a frequent bonus at rehearsals!
